Qualifications

5+ years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience preferred or relevant certification.
Responsibilities
Schedules and responds to work orders; follows up with residents.
Assists in safety trainings and inspections.
Operates all installations and repairs according to codes.
Inspects work of others for quality and compliance.
Maintains safety equipment and appliances for proper operation.
