Qualifications

• Basic mathematical and computer skills with fluency in English.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations for worker’s protection, precautions, and safety procedures.
• 5+ years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience preferred or relevant certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and responds to work orders; follows up with residents.
• Assists in safety trainings and inspections.
• Operates all installations and repairs according to codes.
• Inspects work of others for quality and compliance.
• Maintains safety equipment and appliances for proper operation.
