Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in the automotive repair industry as a technician, service advisor, or service manager required.
• Previous experience mentoring technicians preferred.
• Strong technical acumen of automotive repair standards, tools, processes, etc.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their tire and automotive service needs with a professional approach.
• Partner with Store Manager to interview, train, and oversee service technicians.
• Assist in evaluating technician performance and development paths.
• Support store performance goals including service sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily work orders and allocate tools, materials, and equipment.
• Provide technical expertise and support diagnosis for general and complex service requests.
