Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Service Coordinator Supervisor to oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources for the service coordination program at all assigned properties. The role requires supervising staff, volunteers, and interns, with ongoing interaction with participants and community stakeholders.

Full-time position based on the Western Slope, CO, with 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• At least one year of experience in Service Coordination, Case Management, or related field.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license and proof of state-required automobile insurance.
• Ability to travel locally to support assigned sites and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and coordination with funding sources.
• Ensure program objectives are met and service quality maintained.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns.
• Interact regularly with program participants and community stakeholders.
• Monitor program documentation, logs, and progress notes for compliance.
