Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a Supervisory Case Manager to lead advocacy, crisis intervention, and support services. You will coordinate with funders, supervise up to three staff, volunteers, and interns, and promote VOA resources in the community.

The role requires building relationships with participants and partners, ensuring program objectives and regulatory compliance, and ongoing team collaboration to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of direct, full-time case management experience with best practices.
• Ability to meet program compliance and administrative requirements.
• Proven leadership of teams of human service professionals.
• Valid Colorado driver's license and auto insurance; personal vehicle for travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advocacy, crisis intervention, support services, and funder coordination.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule staff, volunteers, and interns (up to 3 direct reports).
• Conduct outreach with team and community stakeholders; promote VOA resources.
• Ensure program objectives, high-quality services, and policy compliance.
