The role supports trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and crisis de-escalation practices, and involves front desk duties, volunteer supervision, and program data entry.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related area or equivalent experience in human services.
• One year direct human service experience.
• Willing to obtain first aid/CPR certifications.
• Criminal and civil background checks within 30 days of hire.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest voices are heard and participate in program planning.
• Document all client interactions and maintain required demographic information.
• Maintain safety and wellbeing of residents and cleanliness of the facility.
• Coordinate activities and support housing stability for residents.
• Supervise volunteers and assist in front desk duties and schedule staffing.
