Job summary

Snowbird Operations LLC is seeking a Lead Server for Snowbird in Utah. This seasonal winter role requires leadership of daily restaurant operations, staff development, inventory control, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate front and back of house, monitor performance, and adjust labor as needed. Strong guest service, communication, and cash handling skills are essential for success in this winter season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Food Handlers & Alcohol Certification.
• Able to interact with guests and colleagues professionally and maintain good relations across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate with front and back of house to deliver a dining experience that exceeds expectations.
• Provide rewards and discipline based on performance.
• Oversee and evaluate employee work performance.
• Recommend promotions, transfers or terminations based on performance.
• Ensure daily sanitation and appearance standards.
• Uphold safety practices for guests and staff.
• Follow state policies for serving alcohol responsibly.
• Direct dining room flow during service and plan all dining room activities.
• Maintain daily revenues and payroll records; assist with monthly P&L reports.
• Complete nightly sales reports and adjust schedules according to labor and sales data.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints professionally.
