Job summary

Sundance Mountain Resort in Utah is seeking a Mountain Camp Cafe Lead Supervisor to oversee on-mountain dining operations and a seasonal team. You will set the tone for hospitality, lead shifts, and ensure quality service and guest experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining safety and standards, coordinating with vendors, and managing POS transactions while staying informed about events and hours of operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Valid food handler's permit and alcohol permit within 30 days of hire.
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 25 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage employees on assigned shifts.
• Ensure compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary workplace and assist guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and service recovery.
• Manage payments and operate the POS system.
