Job summary

Snowbird is seeking a Lead Server for Wildflower, located inside the Iron Blosam. This seasonal (winter only) role involves managing daily restaurant operations, developing staff, handling inventory and orders, and optimizing profits while ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will coordinate with front and back of house, supervise performance, maintain records and adhere to safety and PCI standards. Shifts vary and often include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree may substitute for education.
• 2-3 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; Food Handlers & Alcohol Certification.
• Strong interpersonal, guest service, listening and communication skills; ability to manage money.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front and back of house to deliver exceptional dining.
• Supervise, coach and evaluate dining room staff.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and maintain daily records.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and PCI compliance; address guest issues.
