Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 6+ months of prior work experience as a server.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point person for servers during shift, overseeing work and relaying orders.
• Assist in training staff on procedures, menu items, and service standards.
• Address and resolve resident concerns during meal service and escalate when needed.
• Assist in inventory management and dining area setup.
• Assist in food preparations for special meals and events.
• Attend daily pre-meal meetings and taste tests.
• Maintain a safe and compliant dining environment following policies.
• Promote teamwork and open communication, mentoring colleagues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Director of Dining Services.
