Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Full Time Lead Server to ensure residents receive pleasant, high-quality dining with attentive service. The Lead Server oversees other servers during meals, maintains standards, and assists with dining operations.

The role supports training and teamwork in a hospitable environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and state-specific certifications, with at least 6 months of server experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must meet state-specific regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point person for Servers during shift, overseeing work during meal service.
• Assist in training staff on procedures, menu items, and service standards.
• Address and resolve resident concerns during meal service, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Assist in inventory management and dining room readiness.
• Attend daily pre-meal meetings and taste test dishes.
• Maintain safe dining environments and follow policies and procedures.
