MBK Senior Living is seeking a Lead Server to ensure residents’ dining experiences are pleasant and of high quality. The Lead Server will supervise other Servers during meal service, uphold service standards, and assist with all dining services as required.

This Full-Time role offers 40 hours per week, a pay rate of $23–$25 per hour (DOE), and comprehensive benefits for full-time staff. Leadership development and ongoing training are provided in a hospitality-focused environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED), required.
• Must meet and maintain state regulatory requirements, such as Food Handler Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Servers during meal service and relay orders, providing guidance as needed.
• Assist in training staff on procedures, menu items, and service standards.
• Address and resolve resident concerns and escalate complex issues to the Supervisor.
• Assist in inventory management and readiness of dining areas.
• Help with food preparations for special meals and events.
• Attend daily pre-meal meetings and taste tests.
• Fulfill duties of the Server job description and maintain safety standards.
• Promote teamwork and open communication in line with MBK values.
