Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Lead Dining Server to support daily dining operations, modeling hospitality and service excellence for residents and guests. You will deliver table service, assist residents with menu selections, and ensure dining room setup and cleanliness to uphold Sunrise standards.

You will also help train new servers, maintain service quality during events, and follow safety and confidentiality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide dining and table service according to Sunrise standards
• Support and train new servers on service steps and expectations
• Assist residents with menu selections and take accurate meal orders
• Ensure proper dining room set-up, reset, and cleanliness
• Maintain side work, opening, and closing checklists
• Monitor table presentation and dining decorum standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines
• Support special events and Bistro operations
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
