NVIDIA Corporation seeks a Senior Mask Layout Design Engineer in Santa Clara, CA to join a multidisciplinary team and drive high-speed mixed-signal layouts using Cadence tools. You will collaborate with ASIC and mask designers to customize designs for VLSI integration.

Requirements include a BS in Electrical Engineering and 7+ years of hands-on layout experience, deep analog layout knowledge, Cadence Virtuoso proficiency, and leadership to mentor junior mask designers.

Formación

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of hands-on layout design experience.
• Deep understanding of analog layout concepts in sub-micron CMOS.
• Proven Cadence tool proficiency, especially Virtuoso.
• Experience with DRC/LVS and related verification tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform floor planning, custom layout and verify against DRC and schematics.
• Handle fill, post-processing and mitigate DRC; interact with foundry.
• Collaborate with ASIC/mixed-signal engineers to integrate layouts into products.
