Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) drywall and general trades in the Bay Area. You will oversee staffing, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management across multiple SPO projects from kickoff to closeout.

The role requires a strong background in interior construction systems (drywall, metal framing, ceilings), plus leadership to drive collaboration with owners, architects, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage SPO project performance from kickoff to closeout.
• Lead start-up including budget, SOV, and submittals.
• Procure long-lead materials to ROJ dates.
• Lead weekly production meetings with General Superintendent.
• Generate production rates and communicate variances to stakeholders.
• Identify change conditions and coordinate approvals with owners.
