Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent to plan, forecast, and lead Self-Perform Operations (SPO) drywall and general trades on Los Angeles projects. You will oversee SPO staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality aligned with contract scope.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of related experience; a related engineering/construction degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus related experience in interior systems trades.
• Strong knowledge of building construction methods and safety standards.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, lead, direct, and coordinate SPO staff and trades on drywall and general trades projects.
• Sequence work to meet project schedule and optimize productivity.
• Monitor progress, produce reports, and communicate results at production meetings.
• Develop and implement SPO safety plans per company standards.
• Support bidding, procurement, and issue resolution with Owners and designers.
