Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Self‑Perform Operations (SPO) drywall and related trades in Philadelphia, PA. The role emphasizes budget management, scheduling, procurement coordination, and strong leadership across internal teams and external trades.

The successful candidate will drive project pursuit, staffing, risk management, and adherence to contract terms while promoting safety and quality across site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of project manager experience for self-perform construction trades.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field preferred.
• Deep knowledge of interior construction systems and cost/scheduling principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate SPO drywall and trades projects from start to close.
• Set up budgets, SOVs, and ensure procurement aligns with ROJ dates.
• Manage schedules, progress reporting, and production performance.
• Identify change conditions, estimate changes, and obtain approvals.
• Maintain contract compliance and safety requirements with EH&S.
• Oversee pay applications, subcontracts, and supplier invoices.
