Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Downtown Los Angeles to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift. You will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and frontline security officers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs in neat handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures/instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use client-site wireless technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range to staff on shift.
