Anthropic Limited is seeking a Senior Security Risk Engineer to lead complex risk problems and drive end-to-end remediation as we scale AI safety initiatives. You will build systems to measure risk, triage at scale, and partner with Security Engineering to shape a proactive risk program that informs leadership decisions.

The role requires hands-on coding, threat modeling, and collaboration across engineering, policy, and product teams to reduce risk and safeguard Anthropic’s platforms and users.

Formación

• At least 8 years of software or security engineering experience, with leadership in remediation.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go, Rust, or C/C++.
• Broad knowledge across core security domains including identity and secrets management, cloud security, and secure frameworks.
• Calibrated risk judgment to assign defensible severity and likelihood on ambiguous issues.
• Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives and communicating across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of Anthropic’s most complex security risk problems and drive them end to end with minimal oversight.
• Build risk measurement systems, triage tooling, and observability for enterprise risk posture.
• Work with Security Engineering to translate findings into prioritized remediation roadmaps and investment cases.
• Mentor engineers and risk practitioners to grow a risk engineering culture focused on ownership and visibility.
• Develop AI-native risk tooling and dashboards to monitor risk as teams ship.
