Job summary

Anthropic is hiring for a senior security role focused on end-to-end project ownership within Security Labs. You will prototype high-assurance security solutions and drive them toward production, balancing theoretical risk with practical implementation.

You will stand up isolated clusters, attestation chains, and hypervisor/runtime tools while collaborating with pretraining, RL, and compute teams to test workflows and document weaknesses and costs.

Qualifications

• Deep security expertise in firmware or hardware security, cryptography, and system internals.
• Proven ability to design and build secure, verifiable infrastructure.
• Experience turning prototypes into production-grade security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own Security Labs projects end to end: scope, prototype, test, and hand off or exit.
• Stand up novel security infrastructure quickly (isolated clusters, attestation, hypervisor work).
• Work with research and infrastructure teams to validate workflows and document gaps.
