Anthropic is seeking a Security Risk Analyst to drive risk-informed decisions across its security landscape. You will lead quantitative and qualitative assessments, leverage FAIR-based methods, and collaborate with Security Engineering to align investments with actual risk.

Qualifications

Experience leading qualitative and quantitative risk analysis that informs decisions.
Familiarity with FAIR-based quantification, scenario decomposition, and calibrated estimation.
Ability to communicate tradeoffs and uncertainty to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Enable leadership to make risk-informed decisions with documented tradeoffs.
Lead quantitative analysis of top security risk scenarios using FAIR, estimation, and simulations.
Partner with Security Engineering to assess threat scenarios and control effectiveness, guiding investment.
Frame escalations and risk treatment decisions with clear recommendations and triggers.
Shape risk reviews and define risk appetite and metrics for the organization.
Use AI and automation to scale risk analysis and improve self-service for partners.
