Job summary

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services security systems and related equipment.
• Lead field activities, coordinate with project managers, and train customers.
• Interpret manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams to install and troubleshoot.
• Operate systems for start-up, certification testing, and hand-off documentation.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate issues when needed.
• Assist in project risk identification and cost/delivery control.
