AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking an experienced SEC Financial Reporting Manager to lead external financial reporting, including the preparation of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K. You will collaborate with Corporate Accounting, FP&A, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, and segment finance teams to ensure timely, accurate disclosures and strong investor communication.

• CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 10 years in accounting/finance including SEC reporting.
• Experience preparing or reviewing Forms 10-K and 10-Q; strong U.S. GAAP and SEC knowledge.
• Experience with SOX/internal controls; Oracle Fusion/ERP reporting tools and Excel proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and coordinate quarterly and annual SEC filings.
• Own consolidation of financial information and schedules for SEC reporting.
• Prepare tie-outs, disclosure checklists, and supporting docs for accuracy.
• Monitor new U.S. GAAP, SEC, and regulatory requirements; update policies as needed.
• Support materials for earnings releases, investor presentations, and board reporting.
