Job summary

Analog Devices is seeking an Engineering Lead for Software Defined Radio and RF systems. You will guide SDR/transceiver platforms from silicon bring-up through production, collaborating with IC design, software, applications, and marketing teams.

You will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and drive automation and validation methodologies to deliver high-performance wireless solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in wireless systems development, validation, or bringing complex wireless products to market.
• Experience leading technical programs, projects, or engineering teams in RF, wireless, or mixed-signal environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Advanced SDR product development from concept to validation and production release.
• Provide technical leadership across RF, mixed-signal, and embedded software verification.
• Drive automation, improve test efficiency, and mentor junior engineers.
