Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile Leader to coach Scrum Masters and Product Owners, guiding multiple teams to deliver value with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and help establish a common language for Agile practices across the organization. A strong background in Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methods is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Agile delivery or Scrum Master/Agile coaching roles.
• Experience leading and coaching Agile teams in complex environments.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to remove impediments, resolve conflicts, and improve team dynamics.
• Growth mindset and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Agile principles and Scrum values.
• Guides teams in self-organization, cross-functionality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Protects teams from disruptions and helps plan realistically based on capacity and velocity.
• Partners with Product Owners to support backlog management and roadmap execution.
