Qualifications

Adept at problem-solving, collaboration, and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and remove impediments.
Partner with Product Owners to support backlog management and roadmap execution.
Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
