Ensures risk assessments include identification, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
Establishes scrum processes and backlog management techniques.
Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for future projects.
Implements a common language and framework for team collaboration.
Addresses bottlenecks to improve capacity proactively.
