Job summary

CVS Health in the United States seeks an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to lead Scrum events, mentor teams, and promote collaboration across agile squads. You will help remove impediments, guide teams toward self-organization, and ensure delivery of business value through disciplined, transparent processes.

The role requires 5–7 years of Agile delivery expertise, strong facilitation, and stakeholder management, with a preference for CSM/PSM/SAFe certification.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum Master, or Agile coaching.
Experience leading Agile teams in complex environments.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to remove impediments and drive team performance.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

Coaches Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams on Scrum values and best practices.
Guides teams in self-organization, cross-functionality and accountability.
Promotes growth mindset and collaboration across teams.
Facilitates Scrum ceremonies and removes impediments to protect delivery.
Partners with Product Owners to support backlog management and roadmap execution.
Uses metrics to drive continuous improvement and agile maturity.
