• Establishes backlog management and user story refinement processes.
• Forecasts team capacity and delivery potential for releases.
• Fosters a common language and framework for team collaboration.
• Improves team capacity and addresses bottlenecks proactively.
• Integrates adaptability, transparency, and customer collaboration in processes.
