Job summary

Bognet Construction Associates seeks a Senior SCIF Project Manager to lead secure interior facility projects in the Washington area, including Virginia, Maryland, and DC. You will oversee interior and secure facility projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring ICD 705 and related security standards are met while maintaining safety and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 7+ years PM experience with a commercial GC, interiors, or secure facilities.
• Proven experience with SCIF, SAPF, or ICD 705 secure facility projects.
• Strong understanding of federal/DOD construction practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage SCIF and secure facility projects across Northern Virginia, DC, and Maryland, ensuring ICD 705, NISPOM, and UL2050 compliance.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor performance, and quality from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate design documents, submittals, change orders, and RFIs to anticipate challenges.
• Partner with site security officers and government stakeholders to meet inspections and compliance.
