Job summary

Sigmatech Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead SCIF, SAPF, and ICD 705–compliant secure facility construction programs from preconstruction through accreditation and closeout.

The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, QA, and stakeholder engagement with government officials, architects, engineers, and subcontractors while mentoring junior staff and enforcing strict security and documentation standards.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (ability to obtain and maintain SCI access).
• 7+ years of progressive Project Manager experience.
• Experience delivering ICD 705–compliant secure facility projects (SCIF/SAPF).
• Strong knowledge of ICD 705 and related specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SCIF, SAPF, and ICD 705–compliant secure facility projects from initiation through accreditation and closeout.
• Review schedules, budgets, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and quality control processes.
• Coordinate CSPs, FFCs, and accreditation documentation with government stakeholders and subcontractors.
• Verify ICD 705 compliance throughout project lifecycle.
• Serve as stakeholder interface; provide status reporting and risk mitigation.
• Mentor junior staff and promote consistent delivery standards.
