Job summary

LMI is seeking a Facility Construction Principal to lead the design, build-out, and accreditation of office and SCIF spaces in the Colorado Springs portfolio. You will manage architects, contractors, and government security officials to ensure on-schedule, compliant facilities.

Qualifications include 12+ years in facility construction or PM, strong ICD 705 knowledge, and a track record of leading large, multi-site projects. TS/SCI with SAP eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CM, engineering, or architecture.
• 12+ years in facility construction or project management, including SCIF.
• Working knowledge of ICD 705 (SAP-F) and related security standards.
• Experience leading mid-to-large, multi-site facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction and build-out of office and SCIF spaces from design through accreditation.
• Coordinate architects, general contractors, and subcontractors on schedules and specs.
• Ensure designs and construction meet ICD 705 and security standards.
• Serve as primary contact with government facility security officials.
• Track budgets, schedules, and risks across projects.
