Qualifications

Bachelors degree and 8+ years in SCIF construction, security, or related programs.
Experience managing multi-project scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Working knowledge of ICD 705 and security accreditation processes.
Ability to travel to residential project sites regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead residential SCIF programs from planning through turnover and accreditation.
Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Oversee sustainment, reaccreditation, and decommissioning activities.
Ensure security compliance per ICD 705 and related standards.
Coordinate with AO, CSA, SSO, and government customers.
Direct project managers, technical staff, and subcontractors.
