Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on field leadership in interior fitout projects.
• Experience with SCIF or secure construction environments is preferred.
• Ability to coordinate field activities and manage schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in delivering secure construction and fitout projects per plans and security requirements.
• Coordinate and supervise field activities to keep crews productive and on schedule.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Maintain strong on-site presence and lead by example.
• Interface with clients, property managers, architects, engineers, and security representatives.
• Monitor site safety and security, including ICD 705 and NISPOM compliance.
• Maintain daily documentation and support procurement activities.
