Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD in biochemistry, pharmacology or related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years in preclinical drug discovery with matrix leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading employees and projects (1–3 years).
- Strong biomarkers translational sciences and pharmacological principles.
Responsibilities
- Review BM discovery and quantitation requests and align with project partners.
- Act as scientific leader for MS Biomarker function in cross-functional teams.
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of MS-based experiments (small molecules, protein biomarkers).
- Operate MS platforms (Orbitrap, timsTOF, Sciex QQQ) and related analysis software.
- Develop and optimize mass spectrometry-based targeted quantitation workflows.
- Drive innovations and lead global team strategies to advance projects.
- Mentor and develop scientists in a high-performing research environment.
