Qualifications
- PhD required with 5+ years in preclinical drug discovery with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading employees and projects is required (1–3 years).
- Strong biomarker translational science knowledge relevant to drug discovery.
- Deep mass spec expertise with small molecule quantitative workflows.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Review BM discovery & quantitation requests and align with project partners.
- Lead MS Biomarker function representation in cross-functional teams.
- Design, execute, and analyze MS-based experiments including targeted quantitation.
- Work with cutting-edge MS platforms and analysis software.
- Drive innovations and lead development of global team strategies and initiatives.
- Mentor and develop scientists in a collaborative environment.
