• 4–6 years leadership and project management experience.
• Expertise in antibody engineering and developability optimization.
• Hands-on molecular biology, protein expression, purification, and characterization.
• Strong communication skills in interdisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Discovery Acceleration Unit to design and deliver molecular biology and protein tools for therapeutic concept ideation.
• Oversee construct design, expression, purification, and characterization for fit-for-purpose tools.
• Provide scientific leadership to cross-disciplinary teams and guide experimental strategies.
• Develop new R&D goals, plan experiments, and manage multiple projects.
