Job summary

ProCare Therapy in the United States is seeking a contract-eligible SLP supervisor to support students near Newport News, VA. You will oversee 1–3 SLPAs in a school environment, guiding growth and ensuring high-quality services.

This per diem role offers flexible scheduling and professional autonomy, with mentoring responsibilities and collaboration with school staff to implement therapy plans and contribute to IEP processes.

Qualifications

• Virginia SLP license and CCCs required.
• Experience as a school-based SLP.
• Experience supervising SLPAs in a educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, training, and ongoing support for 1–3 SLPAs in a school environment.
• Oversee the implementation of approved therapy plans and monitor progress.
• Review documentation and contribute to students’ IEP processes as needed.
• Facilitate professional learning and share best practices with SLPAs.
• Maintain consistent, timely communication with both SLPAs and school administration.
