Career Links is seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Apprentices (SLPAs) for part-time, school-based assignments (2–3 days per week). Under the supervision of a licensed SLP, you will provide therapy services, support students with communication challenges, and help advance their academic and social development.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or completion of an AA/AS leveling program.
• Active SLPA license or certification (or eligibility) in the state of practice.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under SLP supervision.
• Assist with the implementation of IEPs and therapy goals.
• Prepare therapy materials and activities aligned with treatment plans.
• Document student progress, maintain service logs, and assist with reporting.
• Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success.
• Support the use of evidence-based strategies and therapeutic technologies, including AAC.
• Help maintain equipment and organize therapy spaces.
• Participate in professional development and training activities as required.
