Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a traveling speech-language pathologist to partner with schools near Williamsburg, VA. This flexible, per diem role offers non-taxable stipends, travel support, and premium compensation while you explore new places.

You will supervise 1-3 SLPAs, mentor staff, collaborate with teachers and families, and ensure compliant clinical service delivery across assignments.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
• Eligible or willing to supervise SLPAs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for travel assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1-3 SLPAs, guiding clinical service delivery.
• Provide mentorship, resources, and feedback to facilitate their success.
• Collaborate with school staff and parents to support student needs.
• Uphold compliance with professional and ethical standards.
• Participate in clinical meetings and team planning.
