Job summary

Soliant Health seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to support K–12 students in school settings. Full-time, in-person contracts are available for candidates with 2–3 years post-certification and ASHA CCC-SLP (or CFY eligibility), including supervision of SLPAs.

You will handle evaluations, participate in IEP meetings, and write/update IEPs while managing a dynamic caseload and collaborating with school teams.

Qualifications

• Current SLP certification by ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligibility (CFY).
• 2–3 years post-certification experience in a school environment.
• Familiarity with a wide variety of student communication disorders and intervention strategies.
• Prior supervisory experience with SLPAs or willingness to provide mentorship and oversight.
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and special education eligibility evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language services to K–12 students in collaboration with school teams.
• Provide direct and indirect supervision for up to three SLPAs.
• Conduct and document evaluations, including initial and re-evaluation assessments.
• Participate in IEP meetings, presenting data and recommendations.
• Write and update IEPs for assigned students.
• Adapt to changing caseload numbers as enrollment needs fluctuate.
