Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role near Chesterfield, VA. You will provide clinically-effective speech-language services in a collaborative, onsite educational setting alongside teachers, families, and support staff.

Ideal candidates hold a state license and a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, with preference for prior K-12 experience and knowledge of IEP processes. Join a supportive team focused on student success and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current state-appropriate SLP license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in an onsite, school-based setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with school and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and share insights to maximize educational outcomes
