Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking an SLPA to support students in schools near Goldsboro, NC. This full-time, full-year contract offers rewarding work helping students develop communication skills under licensed SLP supervision.

You'll tailor therapy materials, document progress, and participate in evaluations and IEP meetings. Multiple positions available with flexible caseloads; rapid interviews and mentorship for recent grads.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in SLPA from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility as an SLPA.
• Experience with school-aged children is a plus; new grads considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering therapy sessions under licensed SLP supervision.
• Support creation and adaptation of therapy materials.
• Document progress and maintain student records per school standards.
• Contribute to evaluations and IEP meetings as requested.
• Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
