Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise team members.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work, oversee task completion.
• Train staff on duties, food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Prepare and build food items per recipes.
• Maintain condiments and utensil areas for team readiness.
• Break down, clean, and sanitize work stations.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and punctuality.
• Maintain professional appearance and guest service.
