Job summary

Boston University School of Public Health seeks an experienced School Health Institute Manager to lead strategic planning and facilitation for the MA School Health Institute. The role focuses on training curricula development, program delivery, and building partnerships with MDPH, BU partners, and school districts.

The candidate will oversee staff, evaluate outcomes, manage funding, and advance adult learning through high-quality, evidence-based continuing education programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required; doctoral degree (DNP, PhD, EdD, or equivalent) preferred.
• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day program management for online, in-person and blended courses, ensuring alignment with state standards and accredited CNE requirements.
• Oversee and supervise a staff of 4–6 supporting MDPH, BUSPH, and school health professionals with resources, TA and website support.
• Assess and evaluate team performance toward continuous quality improvement.
