Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Program Manager for the PA Program at MGHIHP on the Boston campus. This in-person role requires most days on-site, with occasional remote days allowed when scheduling permits, and alignment with student events and orientations.

You will oversee budgeting, operations, and coordination of department activities, supervise graduate assistants, chair admissions, and contribute to program assessment while partnering with faculty and institute leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field required.
• Program Management Experience 2-3 years required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing and administering the program budget for the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Supports the Chair & Program Director in managing, administering and coordinating the operations of the Department of Physician Assistant Studies.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and operations work of Program Coordinator; supervise graduate assistants.
• Coordinate departmental events.
• Serve as program liaison to all other programs, departments, and external contacts.
• Co-Chair the Admissions Committee.
• Member of the PA Program Assessment Committee for data collection and program outcomes.
