Job summary

The Director will lead governance, curriculum design, and policy development, supervise staff and instructors, and coordinate with senior command to ensure leadership training aligns with department priorities.

Qualifications

• Five years of full-time or equivalent leadership/administrative experience.
• Experience in policy development, program management, or training.
• Ability to analyze leadership needs and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership strategy.
• Oversee curriculum development and delivery of training programs.
• Manage personnel, instructors, and SME involvement.
• Oversee LMS administration and digital learning platforms.
