Job summary

CareAparent is seeking a full-time Lead Scheduling Coordinator to manage the open shifts calendar and oversee scheduling changes from clients and home health aides. The role focuses on matching clients with caregivers, maintaining schedules, and ensuring timely communication of changes.

You will respond to inquiries, adjust shifts as needed, and work to maximize service hours while upholding company policies. This is an in-office role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience, healthcare experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (in-person/phone).
• High organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient with technology and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all shifts using CareAparent software.
• Maintain and update client schedules using authorizations and assessment information.
• Answer and respond to phone calls related to client care, scheduling, and shifts.
• Perform schedule adjustments as needed based on daily calendar activity.
• Communicate daily schedule changes to clients, caregivers, and clinicians.
• Identify opportunities to increase service hours and improve quality of care.
• Report weekly scheduling, employee performance, and shift completion data.
• Communicate and reinforce CareAparent policies and procedures.
• Participate in occasional weekend, after-hours, and holiday on-call duties.
