CareAparent is seeking a Director of Operations to join the Office Leadership Team in Woodbury, MN. This in-office role partners with the SVP of Operations to translate strategic priorities into executable plans, oversee performance dashboards, and ensure smooth cross-department collaboration.

• Five or more years of progressive operations experience, preferably in home health, hospice, senior services, ambulatory care, or another regulated healthcare setting.
• Three or more years leading projects, teams, or cross-functional operational work.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on compliance, quality initiatives and an ability to manage KPI's and implement efficient workflows.
• Proven track record of leading teams of 10+ direct reports.
• An active RN, PT, or OT license is preferred, not required.

• Review scorecards for census, admissions, staffing, productivity, quality, client experience, and financial performance.
• Coordinate admissions, staffing capacity, caseloads, schedules, and service-gap escalation.
• Support survey readiness, audits, corrective actions, complaints, incidents, and compliance follow-through.
• Lead system implementations, process redesign, SOP development, and change adoption.
• Coordinate on-call schedules and participate in the operations on-call rotation.
• Prepare concise executive and Board-related operational updates.
