Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a day-shift, full-time Central Scheduling Lead Scheduler in Albuquerque, NM. You will guide scheduling operations to deliver a world-class patient experience and coach staff on policies and tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Typing and data entry skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of office procedures and insurance plans.
• Experience with a variety of software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert scheduling support to ensure patient experience.
• Handle time-sensitive questions from Schedulers via chat or in person.
• Coach Schedulers on policies, QA, and tool navigation.
• Own escalated patient situations and drive to resolution.
• Serve as backup to Scheduler role when needed.

Responsibilities

• The Scheduler Lead enables a world-class patient experience as a subject matter expert supporting and coaching Contact Center Schedulers.
• Manages incoming time-sensitive questions from Schedulers via chat and in-person to ensure accuracy of transactions and quality of service for patients.
• Coaches individual Schedulers on policies, procedures, customer service, and tool navigation to increase Quality Assurance (QA) scores and patient experience.
• Effectively owns escalated patient situations and drives to resolution.
• Acts as backup to the Scheduler role as the need arises.

Qualifications
