Job summary

Lovelace Health System is seeking an Administration Scheduler in Albuquerque, NM for day shift, full-time. You will provide a world-class patient experience via phone, chat, and email, and efficiently schedule, reschedule, and pre-register patients using EPIC across up to two specialty lines.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED and strong computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Associate’s degree and healthcare experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Preferred: Associate’s Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides a world-class patient experience through positive phone, chat, and email interactions and continuously elevates patient satisfaction and experience.
• Accurately and compassionately schedules/re-schedules/cancels appointments, pre-registers patients using EPIC, and aids in patient-to-clinic healthcare questions for up to two specialty lines.
• Identifies and resolves the needs of the patient to achieve First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Ensures an efficient and effective interaction through management of Average Handle Time (AHT) and Quality Assurance scoring (QA).
• Shows dedication and commitment to patients through dependable attendance and schedule adherence.
